          Product Features
          This instrument is a Thermostat Viscometer, driven by a motor through a variable speed belt to rotate the rotor at a constant speed. When the rotor rotates in the liquid, the viscosity of the liquid produces a corresponding viscosity torque on the rotor, which increases with increasing viscosity and decreases with decreasing viscosity. The viscosity torque acting on the rotor is detected by a sensor and the viscosity of the measured liquid is calculated by a computer after processing the data.
          This instrument uses microcomputer technology, which can easily set the measuring range (rotor number and speed), digitally process the data detected by the sensor, and display the set rotor number, speed, viscosity value, and full-scale percentage value of the measured liquid clearly on the display screen.
          NDJ-8S is equipped with 4 rotors (No. 1, 2, 3, and 4) and 8 speed levels (0.3, 0.6, 1.5, 3, 6, 12, 30, and 60 rpm), which can be combined into 32 different combinations to measure the viscosity of various liquids within the specified range.
          The DH-0506N constant temperature device can control the sample temperature within the range of -5℃ to 100℃.

          Notes
          1. The constant temperature bath should be placed on a sturdy workbench;
          2. No vibration or harmful gases should be present;
          3. The ambient temperature should be relatively stable and not fluctuate too much, otherwise it will affect the temperature control accuracy. The ambient temperature should be around 25℃, especially for constant temperature baths at -40℃, -65℃, and -80℃. High ambient temperatures can affect the heat dissipation of the compressor, reduce refrigeration efficiency, and easily cause malfunctions;
          4. The constant temperature bath should be regularly maintained, especially if the cooling speed slows down after a period of operation. The plastic grid plate of the constant temperature bath should be removed to clean the dust from the compressor and heat sink.
